Love my blinds really good job no mess look so lovely

We’ve recently had shutters installed with this company. We’re so happy with the result! The shutters are excellent quality and the advice we were given when choosing the design and function has given us exactly what we wanted and actually I’m even more pleased than I thought I’d be. The advice was realistic and aimed at longevity and managed expectations. The company has been flexible with some of our renovations delaying one of the windows progressing. The installation guys were really polite and professional and courteous of our home and furry children. They installed the office ones first so my partner could carry on working in there as soon as possible and minimising the impact of the work. They were tidy and quick with a great result, they ensured we were advised on how long to wait to ensure things dried for the best outcome. I received a call that evening to check everything and ensure the information was provided. I’m so pleased with everything, I look forward to the last one being installed and will use them again at the next available opportunity. Highly recommend!

We had shutters fitted in 5 rooms, living room, dining room 2 bedrooms and the porch. The service we received throughout was exceptional from the initial visit for measuring with Ryan to speaking with Donna on the phone regarding payments and installation dates everything was done very professionally and politely. The installation team were brilliant, they worked really well as a team, were very polite, friendly and efficient, excellent work. The shutters look fantastic and we are really pleased with them and we have arranged to have the rest of the house measured up . Thank you to everyone involved at Horizon and we would definitely recommend them.

I bought my shutters from Horizon after looking round for months. From start to finish they were both friendly and professional. My husband took ill and we had to postpone the fitting date. Following a hard year of renovations to our home we were finally in a position to have shutters fitted to two rooms ...........a tripple downstairs window and a single bedroom window. Cannot recommend Hirozon enough. They were super helpful when they came out to measure and provides options. Communication was brill throughout. When the team came to fit they were clean, tidy and professional. I absolutely love my shutters

Horizon have just fitted shutters throughout our home. I can honestly say that the wait from final measurements to fitting was well worth the wait. Efficient and professionally run family business. Office staff (Donna and Beth) very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Ryan came to measure up and help us decide on the right product and was very amicable, knowledgeable, honest, and amenable.
