How it works
- contact: arrange for one of our surveyors to visit your home by contacting our office via phone, whatsapp or submitting an online form. Alternatively you can visit our showroom to discuss your requirements and book a visit from us
- Survey/design: our surveyor will visit your home to talk you through our products, measure your windows and even give you a quote on the day
- Order: once you are happy with design and price, our office will arrange for your deposit to be taken, before submitting your order to our factory to begin production
- Installation date: once your shutters are nearly ready to be installed, our office will contact you to arrange a suitable date/time with you and talk you through the process on the day.
- Installation: our fitters will visit to carry out the installation, ensuring all shutters are fitted correctly, explaining the operation of your new shutters. Our fitters will also take away all packaging.
- Post installation: our office will call to ensure your installation went smoothly, before taking final payment on your shutters.
