Horizon Shutters is a family owned and run business. Our ethos has always been about having the right people who can offer the best product and service to our customers. We have our own fully employed fitting team meaning we do not send out sub contract fitters, ensuring a consistently high level of fitting. We also do not send out sales personnel who are on commission, to avoid customers having to deal with pushy sales tactics.
At Horizon Shutters we work together as a team to ensure our customers always receive a high standard. This has resulted in over 70% of our work coming from referrals or our existing customer base.
Tony
Owner/Surveyor - Year Joined 2011
Tony founded the business in 2011 on the back of being a business development manager in the shutter industry. The business had an ethos to remove the pushy sales tactics and gimmicks and offer a quality product at a reasonable price, an ethos that still stands today. On a daily basis Tony carries out home visits and final measures for customers.
Ryan
Owner/Surveyor - Year Joined 2018
Ryan joined the business in 2018 and has been part of the growth of the business, not just in shutters but in the wide range of products that Horizon now offer. On a daily basis Ryan carries out home visits and final measures for customers.
Donna
Office Manager - Year Joined 2022
Donna’s role is to ensure all aspects of the ordering process goes smoothly. From initial enquiry to order raising, Donna and the team are only a phone call away to help and ensure customers receive the best service and aftercare possible.
Beth
Office Administrator - Year Joined 2021
As office administrator Beths role is to place orders and speak to customers regarding fitting dates. Through careful planning and hard work Beth ensures that customers receive the quickest and most convenient fitting date possible.
Carl
Fitting Manager - Year Joined 2024
Carls role as fitting manager is to ensure the fitting process goes as smoothly as possible for our customers. Carl and his team of fitters have great knowledge of our product offering and ensure that the highest level of fitting is carried out in customers home. Carl is always on hand to rectify any issues that may arise on site or after a job is complete.

Paul carries out initial home visits and final surveys for our customers. His role is to offer the most suitable product for the customers needs and carry out a detailed and accurate survey in preparation for an order. Paul is also our business development so has a keen eye on opportunities in new areas that the business may grow in to.
